At Dream Big City, we meet people where they are - on the streets, in shelters, and throughout Portland—to provide compassionate outreach, crisis support, and referrals to essential resources.
Trauma-Informed Outreach
We understand that every person experiencing homelessness has a unique story. Our team approaches outreach with respect, empathy, and safety at the center. We listen first, offer support without judgment, and connect individuals to services that can help with housing, health, food, employment, and more.
