Join Dream Big Art Collective and Art Director Alex Chiu as six artists repaint the ramps and transform Portland Dream Plaza through live spray paint and mural art in partnership with Loop Colors, Rodda Paint, and Oregon Metro. The park will be closed during the project, but the public is encouraged to come watch the full creative process while we also lead a three-block community cleanup around the plaza in Inner SE Portland.

During the event we’re also building a cleanup team to help pick up litter within a 3-block area around the plaza, along with landscaping and sweeping efforts at Portland Dream Plaza. Let’s all help make Portland beautiful together.

Join Dream Big City for the FamJam Summer Opener as we kick off our 6th year with a free all-ages, all-wheels community event and fundraiser for the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition led by Irene Maria Jaime. The event features raffle prizes donated by 25+ Portland businesses supporting immigrant rights and community advocacy work, along with a skate gear and clothing swap, skateboarding, rollerskating, scootering, BMX, basketball, music, art, nonprofits, and live community activation as we transform two full blocks at Portland Dream Plaza into a safe, creative public space for Portland. Alcohol- and drug-free. Free for all ages.
